This is not a website devoted to bad-mouthing any part of the Etiwanda School District. My family has been a part of it for 3 years now, and we've been happy with all of our kids' teachers. However, there is a nation-wide problem of kids having too much homework and our school district is not exempt. Hopefully we can work with our teachers to help change that for our kids, and as a result, improve our family life.

I am a wife and mother. My husband and I have five children, three of whom attend Long Elementary.
Right now my children are not being given too much homework, but that has not always been the case. I understand that I'm not the only one who feels that homework can be out of control, so this blog is to help parents work with their kids' teachers so that every family can have a nice evening doing what their family loves to do, which probably doesn't include homework.
